So, Pat, is this a pre-curser to the live auction...will any of these items go on to live? Or is this a separate auction?

There will not be a live auction as I understand it...

It will all be by silent auction some during the week and the rest at the Banquet. Along with the raffle.... And you know us here is California... we are different!

Interesting aside...my sister lives in Northern California...she does her grocery shopping online! And then the food is delivered to her door! Is that just a California thing?

LOL... I don't think so... I know people that do it in NY... and even Chicago...

Also, since I am not doing the auction, there is likely to be some "live" stuff at the dinner... but Brenda Phillips is doing the auction.... I do know that if there are "10" bids on an item for the silent auction, then that item will go to live auction...

Oh, okay...I have seen that done before...so there will be some stuff..the biggies at a live auction at dinner.

It seems we really have not receive any "big" stuff... much to our dismay.... so I am not sure what will wind up at the dinner??? And yes, Brenda would have more info... :D

But the good thing is there is a way for everyone to participate even if they are not going... especially the raffle... which is a hand made quilt from Sue Kite with photos of over 50 Basenjis and Basenji people over the years... should be really cool

Yes, that is REALLY cool! And there is some great stuff there. I love the plate you donated. Where did you get it?
