My dad has a chestnut tree in the back yard, and he's been gathering them up to freeze. He'll boil a big pot of chestnuts every day to eat. Senji sees my dad eating them and decides to try one. He LOVES them! He's been eating a few of them every day for the past week. Has anyone heard of them being bad for basenjis? I think there was a thread on here somewhere that listed foods that were bad for dogs. So far, it seems that Senji hasn't suffered any ill effects from eating them.
