Popularity Spike or Mistake???

I was just wondering about the numbers viewing the forums...are the numbers mistaken, or has the website recently become that much more popular?? For example, it says the most users ever occured this morning at 5 am, with 1500 people...plus supposedly right now 16 people are viewing the new introductions thread, which hasn't been updated in like 3 days. So I just thought I would check out of curiosity...the stats seem a little weird, but hopefully popularity is growing, I love this site!

Heheh. It's not soo crazy when you think about the millions upon millions of ppl in the world surfing the net at the same time.. I mean even my mom comes to the forum every few days to look only at the pictures. :)
