Uploading photo

I am at my wits end on this...I have tried in Microsoft Photo Editor and succeeded to compress and resize my picture to less than 100 x 100 pixels and under 64 KB, however, I have tried multiple times to upload to my profile picture area and it fails every time. I have tried to go to a few of the sites you suggest, but no luck either because they are not user friendly. I don't where to find the gallery either...I am very computer proficient and very frustrated because I want to upload pics and it seems that everyone else knows how...please help me - I am frazzled. I have read the help section and followed the direction with no luck.

One of the easiest ways to load your pictures is to join photobucket.com that is the only way that I can get pictures loaded...gggg
