Picture attachments in thread

This might be a very dumb question but for some reason when people post a thread and attach a picture to the thread I can't see it. Am I missing something? Do I have to view it some other way?

It might be a problem with your browser. Anyone else having the same issue?

I have no problems with my browser. Every picture opens fine, unless I don't log in. When viewing as a guest, pictures won't expand.
