Anyone else getting spam mail?

I got email from a BasenjiMagic.com. I absolutely positively DESPISE people who visit sites to gather names to solicit. Just wondering if they got my name here or off aol.

I DO think that there should maybe be a place here for members who are legitimately here to advertise their stuff though! People who place ads where interested people can CHOOSE to look get my business and respect!

We do not share our members contact information with any outside parties and we have a very strict policy about posting personal contact information on our forums. There is no way someone could have gotten your email from us, unless you posted it yourself somewhere publicly.

We are here to share our experiences and knowledge about this wonderful breed, not to provide an advertising venue for commercial activity. The Basenji Forums has a strict, no-self-promotion policy. Linking to your own commercial web pages or pages from businesses which you are affiliated with (including affiliate links) will be deemed as self-promotion and could result in the loss of your membership. Under certain conditions, links to a commercial website can be placed into designated areas of the forums (such as the permanent post made by the moderator or your personal profile) only.

I don't know where its coming from but ever since AOL decided to become free my mailbox has become saturated with junk mail. I don't know if its AOL's fault or if my email addy has just been passed around from company to company. I'm not happy in any case.
