I have had a couple stained glass made, but there is normally a 3-4 month lead time as the artists are already booked up for Xmas this yr. Most of the artists on etsy will be booked this late in the yr, I had two quilts and a needle felt made a couple yrs ago and I placed my order in June in order to guarantee Xmas delivery. If you have a nice photo, there is a company called treasure knits that does wonderful woven afghans out of a photo with about a one week turn around. I have had both afghans and pillows made from photos as xmas gifts from them and they do great work.

For our international folks – I sent a small package to Poland last spring to friends there via regular mail nd it cost me about US$15.00. But its the weight that determines the cost.
And count me in again - it's such fun!

For me sending to US costs about 9 - 20 euro. It depends on the weight of the package. 0 - 500 gr = 9 euro something and 500 gr - 2 kilo = 20 euro..
So.. I'm only in if the gifts weigh less than 500 gr

I feel you there. Medjai is always begging for the stuffed ball he got as part of all his goodies. When I take it away from him, I have to hide it, and he has smelled it out and scratches at the drawer.

Yeah, he loves those too. They look too small for the basenji, but he does wonderfull with it. Medjai can't catch things that are thrown, but it's nice and small so, when it just bops him on the head, it's ok.

I just got done shopping. It took all I had to only get Medjai one thing from the store. I highly advise shopping without your dogs. They just love too much stuff.

Several members (Youngandtired, DiegosMom) who signed up for this gift exchange, emailed us saying they did not receive their basenji buddy info.
All the buddy info emails went out last Sunday, so please check your mailboxes. Maybe it's in the junk folder. Anyone else who did not receive their basenji buddy info email for this gift exchange please post to this thread asap and we will resend it.
