Buddy, They won't take the girls to the shelter, they will keep them until homes are found. Both of them are nice dogs.
Heinz, it may just be because you are out of state, I'm not sure they are wanting to ship the girls.

TX-Irving-Basenji Mix in Shelter

There is a red male Basenji mix in the City of Irving Animal Shelter. He is approximately 3 years old and weighs 20 lbs. His name is Kuma and his ID number is 13454059. He is listed as a Terrier mix. He is an owner surrender due to moving. He has very little white and has a curly tail. He is supposedly friendly and appears healthy. I have not contacted the shelter so I do not know if he is still available.

I hope someone can go and take a look and see if he might be PB. He is urgent but is not on the euth list yet.
