    Well I have a 12 year old daughter and at times she gets a little attitude when I ask her to do things. Well the other day after we ate I asked her to put her dishes in the sink and she got a little snobbish with me. I asked her to not talk to me like that and just when she looked like she was going to answer me back Champ turned to her and gave a nice long loud baroooo. I interpret it as hey stop talking back to my mommie! I swear he's just an amazing little sweetheart. After that my daughter and I couldn't help but look at each other and crack up, she then called him a kiss up.:D

    They are funny little dogs. When my boyfriend and I are messing around Alani will do a really loud short Baroo to him. She's always on my side it's awsome.

    Hi @Vesna, it’s interesting you say that about the spay. Our tri-color actually just got spayed this week and her coat shed before that. I noticed small amount of black hair growing in where she shed, hopefully it grows back. What phase is your tri-color at? Did this just happen?

    Ah ok cool thanks, I had something like that when Safi was smaller and it was the most successful for sure. She outgrew it quite quickly though

    We use ones from Rukka. Not sure if they’re available everywhere but they are they best ones we have tried (others always fell off, especially in deep snow). I think having two Velcro closures on each sock has been key. I also prefer the soft shell ones as our B seems to accept them more and they don’t twist as much as the ones with a hard sole.     I knew that Ringo was in the right home for him when in one of the updates his owners wrote to say that he was a wonderful dog and the only problems they had had so far was he would steal socks and underwear and chew on the potted plants but they couldn't complain because those were just normal basenji traits.
